♦ Papers will be prepared in accordance with the rules and examples specified in the Guideline of Papers. This document can be used as a template.

♦ Participants who will participate in the congress by submitting full text papers are required to upload their papers to the Proceedings Management System until 30/05/2024.
♦ The selection of the papers that can be presented will be made by the Scientific Committee of the Congress and the evaluation results of the papers will be notified to the related author until 28/07/2024.
♦ Papers must be presented by the author or one of the authors. A paper whose author does not come to the congress is not presented.
♦ Copyright fee is not paid.
